SEA AND MOUNTAIN SALAD

The plate:

Salad is one of the most cooked dishes in Spain. Due to their versatility, because they are very healthy, they can be eaten throughout the year and go as far as the imagination of those who prepare them.

And possibly one of the tastiest is the one that combines the sea and the mountains in the same dish. A recipe that turns a salad into a gourmet dish.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of sea lettuce
  • 1 green lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g tuna (or any blue fish)
  • 4 chicken wings split
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 fried almonds
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Seaweed salt

Elaboration:

  1. We put the wings to confit in olive oil, a few grams of pepper and salt until they are tender. Bone and reserve cold
  2. We cut some slices of cucumber until we reach the part of the seeds, and then we cut them in the form of noodles. We marinate them with olive oil, vinegar and seaweed salt
  3. Cut the tuna into cubes and dress with the soybeans and olive oil. Keep cold
  4. We cut the wings, we leave them the skin and we heat in the oven.
  5. Before serving, we laminate the almonds and clean the lettuce leaves
  6. For the plating the help of a ring is recommended. We can put cucumber strips on the walls of the mold to give it resistance.

Note:

The recommended order of assembly would be: tuna – lettuce – chicken wings – cucumber – sea lettuce – cucumber noodles – garnish with almonds.
